Cant see why not, plenty of us grow potatoes high in anthocyanins.
My kids love their purple potatoes, and everyone at the allotment is fascinated by Salad Blue and has asked I have some spare for them to try. And as long as you cook them right they look pretty good on the plate.
I'll certainly be trying to get hold of some to see if they are better yielding than Salad Blue.

Extremely purple/blue potatoes have been my specialty for the last twenty some years, certainly predating Patrick's reference to the UK's blurb on the Purple Majesty. I have grown this variety for the last ten years. Not bad but the color cooked in water is not as blue as I would like. All Blue being one of the parents is part of the problem. ND2008-2 was the other parent. I have grown that clone as well as it's parent, ND860-2.....both of which are cold chippers. Lenape is a grandparent of the latter.
Red or Purple Flesh Selections/Varieties
I hope folks will buy purple potatoes, they have at the local farmers markets where I supplied seed potatoes in the past to the growers.
I have lots of better blues coming along.
