Tomorrow, if the weather man is right, the potato babies should be finding their first taste of garden dirt. Will have Grunt post a picture before and after. Cheers, Val

Great to hear about the potato seedlings and the planting outdoors activities.
Since I am down in California now preparing for my daughter's wedding, I don't know how my own babies are doing. I checked on accuweather.com for Carnation, WA. and found out that there was about a half inch of rain in the last 24 hours. That is important since i put the seedlings in without watering afterwards. There is a forecast of 90 degree temps this week.
I am fairly confident the seedlings are thriving.

Tom, You are slightly south and west of here and we have been having cool, cloudy weather, so you should be having ideal weather for transplants.
BTW, congratulations on the happy event you and your family is sharing.
Cheers, Val
