Hello! It has been awhile since i wrote here. I've been busy with growing hierloom wheat Though i have been growing out a redskinned minnie's pig-variety. I will post some pics later... But i have been wondering about woolly tomatoes, do anybody know from where the woolliness comes? I have one packet of" searching for the blue zebra"-tomato. I believe that "primary colors" is from this cross. And i've read that woolliness is a trait found when growing primary color-seed. How big is the possibility for me to find woolliness in searchingfirthebluezebra? Maybe in the F-4 generation?! Thanks /Axel

Woolliness has the Wo mz gene and I incorporated that gene into my Elberta Girl selection 45 years ago. Searching for the blue zebra wont get you any woollies, cut Seattles Woolly Blue Mammoth might. Of course I have not had those F-2 seeds in circulation for a while but there are many selections out there ...Yamali series , Flanders series, etc.
